Sound Meditation rooted in the belief that rest shouldn't be something you have to work hard at, and that taking time to slow down and reconnect with yourself is one of the most important things you can do.

About Me:

I'm Kari, a certified Sound Meditation Practitioner based in Avon Lake, Ohio. Since 2023, I've been bringing sound meditation to seniors, hospice residents, women's circles, and community groups using instruments like crystal quartz singing bowls, a crystal harp, drums, and chimes to create sessions that feel calming, grounding, and genuinely good for the soul.

I'm especially drawn to working with people who wouldn't typically walk into a wellness studio. Those in senior living, hospice care, or recovery programs who could genuinely benefit from this kind of healing but rarely have access to it.

I also love partnering with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. There's something really meaningful about bringing sound meditation to communities that are already doing good work in the world and helping more people discover what this practice can do for them.

Sound meditation brings people together, soothes the nervous system, and leaves people feeling relaxed, grounded, and seen. No experience needed. No special anything. Just a comfortable place to rest and an open heart.
