Under the Harvest Moon: Sound Bath + Creative Circle

The Harvest Moon is coming, and we’re gathering to soak it up. Join us for an evening of sound and a little moon magic, right as the full moon rises close to the fall equinox.

We’ll settle in for a sound bath to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system, then craft our own moon water using herbs, flowers, crystals, and essential oils. You’ll take yours home to charge under the moonlight, then keep and use however you like. We’ll also gather around the first fire of the season to burn what no longer serves us.

No experience with any of it needed. Just come as you are and let the moon do its thing.

What to bring: a yoga mat, a pillow, and a throw blanket. Wear comfy clothes, anything that helps you settle in and get cozy during the sound bath.
