Celebrate Your Light is an afternoon of gathering with women, making flower crowns, and dancing it all out together. We don’t think too hard about it. We just move. Ecstatic dance is basically free-form, no-choreography, however-your-body-wants-to-move dancing. And honestly? It’s one of the best things you can do for your nervous system.
