Celebrate Your Light: Ecstatic Dance + Women’s Circle

Celebrate Your Light is an afternoon of gathering with women, making flower crowns, and dancing it all out together. We don’t think too hard about it. We just move. Ecstatic dance is basically free-form, no-choreography, however-your-body-wants-to-move dancing. And honestly? It’s one of the best things you can do for your nervous system. Dancing clears out the stagnant energy we all carry around, it shakes loose the stuff we’re holding onto, and it just plain makes you happy. So come move, make something pretty for your head, and be around good women.

Kari is a sound meditation guide, women’s circle facilitator, and the heart behind Flower Child Sound. Using a variety of soothing instruments, she creates space for women to slow down, reset their nervous systems, and gather in community. Sound baths, women’s circles, art, and the occasional dance party are her thing.
